The Gauḍīya-Vaiṣṇava-sampradāya exists of the following pure devotees of the Lord, Śrī Kṛṣṇa:
1. Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; 2. Rūpa (Svarūpa, Sanātana); 3. Raghunātha, Jīva; 4. Kṛṣṇadāsa; 5. Narottama; 6. Viśvanātha; 7. (Baladeva) Jagannātha; 8. Bhaktivinoda; 9. Gaurakiśora; 10. Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī;
11. His Devine Grace Śrī Śrīmad A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda, who is called Śrīla Prabhupāda by his students.
On this photograph you see Śrīla Prabhupāda, who is sitting on a throne, playing his karatālas. He is gloryfying the holy Names of God together with his students and visitors.
During his Life, he chanted the Mahā-mantra also using a chain for prayer consisting of 108 peables + 1, resembling God. Coming to the peable resembling God, he turned his chain for prayer around to recite the holy Names of God in the other direction. The peables are hidden in a little bag, in which he put his hand to chant his "rounds". Every student of him chants the holy Names at least for 16 "rounds".
Śrīla Prabhupāda left the Relative world on the 14th of November 1977. He is the Spiritual Master of:
12. Kṛṣṇānanda. So, if you like to chant the holy Names of God too, then you are advised to contact Kṛṣṇānanda prabhu, who is able to give you further information.
