Justness within all territory of Mahābhārata
Justness will be done by judges who know God and Love him very much according to the Universal Laws set by God and to the Constitution of Mahābhārata only. Because these judges are only depending on Krishna, our God. Therefore the judges of Mahābhārata are trained up within our World University of Peace to be first class people: Universal Preachers / Ācāryas. As such independency in all cases is provided and the competency of all judges as is meant in Article 12, paragraph 1, of this Constitution is secured.
The competent tribunal as is stated in Article 12, paragraph 1, of the Constitution of Mahābhārata is the Supreme Court of Justness of Mahābhārata, Vaikuṇṭhaloka – hereafter called: the Court. The Court will also judge on penal offenses as is meant in Article 15 of this Constitution.
The Court is presided by the President / judge. All judges of the Court are competent to judge in a particular case. The judge, or in complicated cases: the President / judge, decides on which date and location and on what time the judgement in a particular case will take place. The judge, or in complicated cases: the President / judge, makes his written decission known to all parties involved in that case.
The Court decides on its way of working. It monitors the competency of all existing and operating courts within the territory of all Spiritual Districts of Mahābhārata so that they meet with the competency as is meant in Article 12, paragraph 1, and in Article 15 of the Constitution of Mahābhārata and acts if the courts do not meet with the standards of competent judgement stated before.
To do this work properly, the Court will be assisted by sub-Courts, consisting in the High courts that are present in all Spiritual Districts of Mahābhārata. If in any Spiritual District a sub-Court is lacking, the Court ensures that a sub-Court is established in that particular Spiritual District.
In order to make the Court functioning right from the start of the proclamation of Mahābhārata, the President / judge of the Court is hereby appointed in function: Krishnānanda dāsa, Universal Preacher / Ācārya of Community of Peace.
Zwartewaal, Mahābhārata, Spiritual District of Holland, Vaikuṇṭha, 10 November 2015,
Sincerely your servant,
Krishnānanda, Universal Preacher / Ācārya of Community of Peace
